Alliance for Wild Ethics
: The Alliance for Wild Ethics (AWE) is a consortium of individuals and organizations working to ease the spreading devastation of the animate earth through a rapid transformation of culture. We employ the arts, often in tandem with the natural sciences, to provoke deeply felt shifts in the human experience of nature.

Australia’s 80 bioregions: The Web Incorporated is a bioregional organization in Australia working toward development through the Brisbane Regional Environmental Council and Forest ANA Queensland.

The California Biodiversity Council (CBC) was formed in 1991 to improve coordination and cooperation between the various resource management and environmental protection organizations at federal, state, and local levels.

Committee on Imagination & Place: The Committee on Imagination & Place, based in Lawrence, runs the I & P Press, puts on salons and conferences, and explores the connections between place and imagination through its interdisciplinary members, including scholars, artists, writers, ecologists, architects, activists and more.

International Institute for Facilitation and Consensus: IIFAC’s mission is to work with change-oriented groups in both the public and private sector, as well as with national and international networks, helping them to improve their capacity to collaborate and make good decisions. Located in Mexico, we work in both English and Spanish, all over the world.

Kansas Area Watershed Council: One of the oldest continuous bioregional groups on the continent, KAW Council covers much of Kansas as well as southern Nebraska and eastern Colorado. Founded in 1982, KAW Council hosts annual gatherings, monthly walkabouts, potlucks, presentations and programs, workshops and more, and over the years has helped organize the first continental congress in 1984, and took the lead in bringing the congresses back to life by organizing the 2002 Continental Bioregional Congress on the Prairies. KAW members have been active in bioregional organizing on the local, bioregional and continental level. One of the sacred mountains of the world, and of its surrounding bioregion, recognizing this region is of great importance locally, nationally and internationally in providing pure waters to the Sacramento Valley, rich biodiversity, numerous pristine natural sanctuaries, and sacred areas of high significance to Native American cultures near and far.

National Water Center:In its role as water advocate, the National Water Center strives to look at water with the broadest ideas of ecological balance and harmony. Supporting appropriate technology, bioregionalism, composting toilets, dowsing, ecology, flow forms, stream monitoring, vibrational water, watershed planning; we welcome articles on these subjects at this site.WaterWorks for a complete 50 pages of Water and Bioregionalism. ozark2The Ozark Area Community Congress (OACC) is the first and longest-standing bioregional congress on Earth. The Congress first convened in the Ozark hills in 1979, and has agreed to reconvene each year since.

Riparian Habitat Joint Venture, a project currently underway which protects biodiversity and enhance natural resources as well as the human element they support.

River Network is a national nonprofit organization working for clean and healthy waters. While rivers are our focal point, we are interested in the quality of all fresh waters and the health of all people and ecosystems dependent upon them. We are unique among national organizations, because our very reason for being is to support grassroots groups working for watershed protection. Our headquarters are in Portland, Oregon, where River Network was founded in 1988. Our staff members are based in Oregon, Idaho, Vermont, North Carolina and Washington, DC. We work from coast to coast.

Salmon Nation is a community of caretakers and citizens that stretches across arbitrary boundaries and bridges urban-rural divides.
